Payments
The currency will be specified in your quote. Payment plans are very welcome! If you select a payment plan as a preference in your Fur Form, we can discuss the details and find the best plan for you.

Age
You must be over 16 to place an order, and if you're under 18, a parent or guardian is required to fill out a consent form. This covers details such as permission for us to communicate about shipping addresses, payment plans and request proof of ID.
Turnaround time & updates
In the event where a costume is pre-claimed (meaning a deposit is made and the suit is reserved for the customer prior to its completion), turnaround time is 1-4 months. More accurate estimates are provided during purchase discussion. Turnaround time for custom orders will vary but not exceed 10 months provided payments flow smoothly and no significant, unforseable health issues arise on my end :)
Progress updates will be shared regularly as comments and/or photos. If you would ever like an update or more photos, please ask! My work hours are during weekdays from 6am-6pm AEST. Any major delays that may arise, including rush orders shifting queue turnaround times, will be communicated immediately.
Rush orders
Rush orders guarantee project completion by a date set by the customer. They incur additional fees and can shift non-rush orders back in the queue. If you have placed an order without a rush tag, please be aware your turnaround time may be affected.
Measurements & Sizing
For custom orders, you'll recieve a visual step-by-step page covering everything measurement-related so we can get the fit just right. If you're ordering a fullsuit, this will require a Duct Tape Dummy to be sent via post. Be sure to let me know of any details that could uniquely alter the costume's design and safety, such as allergies, fitting requirements for physical disabilities, glasses or facial piercings.
For Premades, please refer to the specific listing's description for all fitting details, and feel free to send a message for additional questions and measurements. Fitting adjustments are not available for projects after shipment.
Shipping
Your fursuit is shipping from Tasmania, Australia. International tracked shipping is available. Please note that Drelteo is not responsible for products lost or damaged after postage, nor for any additional costs such as fees and customs. Additional fees are the buyer's responsibility, and it is encouraged to explore the tax & customs rules etc. of your country prior to purchase so no charges arise unexpectedly. Shipping costs will be provided during our quote discussion.
Returns(?)
You can be sure that your fursuit will be made with lots of love, passion and care! It will be checked over with meticulous attention for quality and durability before shipping. Please understand that small flaws and imperfections are to be expected from hand-made products. All sales are final.
With gentle maintenance, your suit can last many years, and you'll be provided with a care guide to help maximise its lifespan. Due to postage costs I cannot provide physical repairs after shipment, however I'd love to offer guides, tips and advice if you run into any issues like seam rips or spilt coffee!
Outside of small cosmetic repairs and size adjustments, it is required that you contact me prior to making alterations to the product.
Cancellations
I reserve the right to refused or cancel projects without elaboration.
Sounds brutal but I need this for my TOS! This will almost only . To avoid this, be kind and stick to the TOS rules
Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested prior to packaging for shipment. Although unlikely, if for any reason a project must be cancelled due to no fault of yours, the full price will be immediately refunded.
If 4 weeks pass and no payments have been made or if customer communication is weak or absent, the sale will be cancelled and the product becomes the property of Drelteo, who reserves the right to re-quote, alter, complete and/or sell the project at their sole discretion, provided the product does not interfere with the customer's character design rights.
Disclaimer
I am not responsible for any injuries sustained while suiting. My responsibility is to maximise the suit's vision, breathability, flexibility and comfort, while yours is to take necessary safety precautions. Many will be covered in the Care Guide provided alongside your oder. I also live with 3 super adorable cats, so please let me knowf you have an allergy so I can ensure no kitty fur floats into the Studio while I work :)
