for commissioned digital content
Turnaround Time
A turnaround time will be estimated at the time of your order, based on the current queue. Turnaround times are subject to change if either current commissioners request changes to their project, or if situations impacting health or studio/equipment access or function arise on my end. Any delays will be promptly communicated.
Payments
Payments occur via PayPal invoice. Payment plans are welcome and can be tailored to your preferences. Projects begin once the payment is complete.

Customer Requirements
To place an order, you must be over the age of 16. Be sure to stay in contact throughout the project as prolonged absence of communication may result in the project being repositioned in the queue or cancelled.
Sharing Content & Credit
Please feel welcome to share your commission! Credit is always appreciated but not required. If you'd like to leave credit, tag @Drelteo on Instagram or simply mention "Drelteo" :)
Copyright & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed, commissioned work is for personal use only and copyright is retained by Drelteo.
To commission digital content for commercial use, please contact Drelteo for a quote. Separate terms, pricing and rules apply.

Personal use examples:

• Sharing the work with others both in person and online
• Using the work for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers and icons
• Printing for personal use (not sale or branding) on paper, clothing and other physical goods

Commercial use examples:
​
• Using the work in logos, packaging or advertising
• Selling the work as, or as part of a physical product
• Using the work to promote paid products or services
• Selling the work as a digital file or as part of a digital product
• Including the work in monetised content or commercial projects
• Using the work on Patreon, subscription content, or paid promotional material
• Handing out or sharing forms of the work as business branding or advertisement
If you'd like to confirm whether your intended use is categorised as Personal or Commercial, please feel welcome to ask.
Editing the artwork
Light edits such as filters, colour adjustments and text additions are allowed for personal use, however please only share the original artwork online. Cropping is allowed.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order any time, however refunds are only available if cancellation is requested prior to the project being started. If cancellation is requested during the initial sketching phase, a partial refund may be offered if the sketch can be made fit for resale without infringement of the customer's character rights.

Drelteo has the right to decline or cancel commissions. If for any reason Drelteo must cancel your order, you will be refunded the full amount.
