With care, your fursuit will last many years. Ensure all fur is refreshed with regular, gentle brushing. Care items & products mentioned below can be found in the Shopping List.
Storage & Transport

When choosing storage for your suit, ensure it will be protected from dirt, dust, humidity, heat, direct sunlight and objects that may fall on or lean against it. If you'd like it displayed, high shelving & mounts provide extra protection. Store with dehumidifiers and optionally, scent packs.

During transport, waterproof plastic tubs can  protect against crushing forces, allow extra room between fursuit parts and provides a smooth surface to minimise fur friction.

Heads

Heads require the most care. Air them out after each wear and be careful not to push the eyes. Unless the head is mounted with the neck collar hanging, tuck the neck inside the head with a moisture absorber so it can sit flat.  Spot clean with a cool damp cloth.

Bodysuits

Bodysuits can be gently hand-washed in cool water according to use. Before washing, remove all stuffing via the 2 internal zips. Washing is recommended if the session was prolonged or caused sweating, while spot-cleaning and airing the suit outside is sufficient if the session was of short-duration or indoors.

Thank you, and happy suiting!
