The Experience

The nature of my work is experimental. If your order requires features or techniques outside of my experience, I often begin with prototypes, and you will be informed if any inexperience may affect the possible outcome of the final product.
Turnaround Time
An estimated project timeframe with be provided with your quote. This will be based on the queue, material availability and your project's complexity and payment plan. While I aim to complete projects within 6 months, this target may be extended by things such as payment or communication delays on the customer's end, requested alterations or additions to the suit design, or unavoidable situations impacting health or studio access. If the latter does occur, this will be communicated immediately.
Rush Orders
To ensure others' project timeframes remain on track, rush orders are not available. Instead, up to 3 projects will be worked on simultaneously in a single Wave based on factors such as:
- Material inventory and shipment times
- Customer payment plan duration
- Project complexity
In my work, I aim to capture your character's spirit, highlight their best features and complement their design from every angle. I work speedily, but never at the cost of quality - if you'd like your fursuit by a specific event or date, contact me as early as possible for the best chance of securing a suitable completion window.
Age
To place an order, you must be over the age of 18. ID is required.
Payments
Payment plans are very welcome, and the currency will be specified in your quote. If currency conversion is required, the conversion rate on the date of each individual payment will apply.Payment methods: Australia: Credit or Debit card transfers / Wise / PaypalOverseas: Wise / Paypal
Measurements & Sizing
Bodies of all shapes & sizes are welcome! For measurements and Duct Tape Dummy instructions, you may follow the illustrated guide below. Orders that including bodysuits must cover the cost of shipping their DTDs Drelteo Studio.
It is your responsibility to communicate any personal details up-front that could alter the costume's design and safety, such as allergies or special fitting requirements for glasses, physical disabilities or piercings etc. to ensure an appropriate solution is designed from the beginning and to avoid potential costs to cover adjustments.

Content Creation
I'd love to see what you create, so feel welcome to tag me in posts featuring your fursuit. Credit is always appreciated but not required. If you'd like to leave credit, tag @Drelteo_Studio on Instagram or simply mention "Drelteo" :)Social media content featuring your product from Drelteo Studio must not feature 18+ content such as sexually explicit/violent material. If this is not adhered to, your project will be removed from all platforms hosted by Drelteo, warranty will be voided and service and communication will cease.
Shipping
Your fursuit will be shipped from Tasmania, Australia with tracking. Drelteo is not responsible for delays, loss or damage following postage, nor for any additional costs such as fees and customs. Understanding and covering these costs are the buyer's responsibility, so it is encouraged that buyers familiarise themselves with their country’s import requirements prior to purchase to avoid unexpected charges. Shipping costs will be provided during our quote discussion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Partial refunds are only available if cancellation is requested prior to packaging for shipment. The initial deposit amount specified at the beginning of the project is non-refundable.

If an order is cancelled by the customer, Drelteo reserves the right to modify and complete the project for resale. If this occurs, the character design will be sufficiently altered to prevent infringement of the customer's character rights.

Unless otherwise pre-arranged, a project may be cancelled if three weeks pass without payment, or if customer communication is consistently weak or absent. In such cases, the above cancellation and refund terms will apply. Resuming a project after cancellation may require a new quote.

If Drelteo must cancel a project for reasons outside the customer's control, the customer will be informed of the circumstances and will receive a full refund of all amounts received by Drelteo, including the initial deposit. Drelteo reserves the right to decline or cancel a project at its discretion. After shipment, all sales are final.

Safety
It is your responsibility to communicate any allergies to materials or substances that could be used in the production of the product, including an allergy to felines, before the project begins so appropriate precautions may be taken.
Drelteo is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while suiting. While care is taken to maximise the suit's vision, breathability, flexibility and comfort, it is still important to take appropriate precautions while suiting. Ensure you follow the safety precautions provided with the completion of your oder.
Warranty
Warranty is valid for 60 days, beginning on the date of delivery at the customer's address. Following this period, repairs, additions and upgrades are handled as commission requests. Please inspect your fursuit upon unpacking, as any damage caused in transit should be reported immediately. Claim validity and resolutions are determined by Drelteo. Warranty features vary based on your location.

Local customers
This warranty covers physical repairs or adjustments, such as seam or thread failure under normal wear, sizing or fitting issues (unless due to incorrect measurements provided by the buyer or to adjust for physical changes which occurred after initial measurements were provided).
Overseas customers
Due to shipping, assistance must be remote. This warranty covers guidance for resolving any necessary physical repairs or adjustments, such as seam or thread failure under normal wear, sizing or fitting issues (unless due to incorrect measurements provided by the buyer or to adjust for physical changes which occurred after initial measurements were provided). This may include step-by-step instructions, supply or recommendation of materials, tools or their sources, assistance selecting and communicating with repairers in your area or reimbursement for failed materials.
This warranty does not cover:
- Alterations for aesthetic purposes (there will be ample opportunity to provide feedback and request changes to the suit's appearance throughout the project, including a final confirmation prior to shipping)- Unique variations to be expected as part of the handmade nature of the product- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, people, pets or improper storage or care- Wear and tear expected under normal use & conditions, including altered form due to compression or friction​- Fitting adjustments, including those due to changes in the wearer’s measurements or physical requirements since the initial measurements & DTD were provided
Alterations made to the suit by you or others without approval by Drelteo will void this warranty.

Contact Drelteo via the same message history used during the project, or via drelteostudio@gmail.com. If any issues arise with your suit, please make contact immediately. Claims must be made within the 60-day warranty period.​
